Simon Ata
I started gymnastics at a young age and mastering my own body control became my passion. This then led me into the world of strength training and calisthenics. My holistic approach is based, among other things, on skills from martial arts, circus arts, and breakdancing that I have acquired over the years.
In addition, I am a certified physiotherapist and a passionate calisthenics coach. My aim is twofold: to open doors for newcomers and to support advanced athletes with effective and systematic training plans based on sports science and my own experience.
