It’s official: For the 1st DACH event of the new HYROX season 23/24 we return to Munich, and that still in 2023! Mark the 14th of October in your calendar and come to the sportive showdown in the Bavarian capital. 

HYROX is your athletic event for the winter season. The world was missing a premium fitness competition for everybody, not only elite athletes. Everyone competes and finishes in the same race, on the same course. Each HYROX event will host up to 2,500 participants per day in our indoor arena. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. This combination of functional strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, and endurance makes HYROX unique.
