Passion for snowboarding
Snowboarding is more than a sport to me – it’s my passion. Learning new tricks, riding with more flow, and never losing the fun is what drives me every day. My motivation comes from the joy we all share on the mountain and in the halfpipe. It’s amazing to see how we constantly evolve.
Why I trust Creapure®
So that I can give everything during my summer training and stay fully focused when snowboarding, I rely on Creapure®. As a squad athlete, it is crucial for me to know exactly what I am putting into my body. Creapure® is produced under controlled conditions in Germany and guarantees pure creatine monohydrate – without prohibited substances. This gives me the security I need to reach my goals.
Erfolg entsteht nicht über Nacht – er ist das Ergebnis von Ausdauer, Leidenschaft und klarem Fokus.
Introduce yourself briefly.
I’ve always been very active. As a kid, I was never just sitting around and doing nothing. I had to be outside to play, jump and run around. As long as I can think back, I’ve always been active and done sports.
When was your first contact with sport in general?
I’ve always been very active. As a kid, I was never just sitting around and doing nothing. I had to be outside to play, jump and run around. As long as I can think back, I’ve always been active and done sports.
How did it progress?
When I grew up, I learned that I couldn’t do everything. I chose the activities that were the most fun for me and specialized more and more in my teenage years. This included parkour running, trampoline, go-kart racing, skateboarding and of course snowboarding.
What are you specialized in now and why?
At the age of 15, I had to choose again between my sports. Snowboarding stood out, and it wasn’t a hard decision because I’ve always loved it. It’s super fun and beautiful at the same time, and I’m grateful every day that I can do what I love as a profession.
What are your goals for the future?
I want to look back one day and say I lived the best life, constantly chasing good times, fun and love. And of course, I want to be on top at the X Games and the Olympics.
Being on the mountain with friends, fresh powder, sunshine, no wind, nobody else around. Riding untouched lines, jumping cliffs, celebrating at the bottom, repeating it all day, and ending with dinner and sauna. That’s the perfect day.
You’re fully focused, music in your ears, nothing else exists. You feel indestructible but slightly nervous. Everything slows down, your body feels relaxed, and all you think about is the next moment. Then: 3, 2, 1… go.
Nature balances me. My thoughts calm down, problems feel smaller, and I feel safe and grounded. When you respect nature, it gives you relaxation and helps put things into perspective.
Depending on winter or summer, I snowboard a lot. Usually two sessions a day, with training, workouts and recovery in between. When I’m not on snow, I train specifically for snowboarding with trampoline, skating, endurance sports and weightlifting.
At 15, I decided snowboarding would be my profession. With the help of my parents, I attended a sports boarding school where I could balance school, training and snowboarding.
The Creapure® Athlete Manager used to work with my snowboard brand. We’ve known each other for many years, which makes the collaboration easy and comfortable.
I mainly use it for strength training and weightlifting. In off-snow periods, I take about 3–5 g mixed with juice or water, usually during my first training session of the day.
It helps me prepare better for winter, train harder and longer, and recover faster, which gives me a clear advantage.
I know exactly what’s in it. It’s the only creatine produced in the western world that I trust, with strict testing to ensure purity and quality.
Strength, focus and recovery.
It helps athletes work harder toward their goals without changing who they are, and it’s reassuring to know there’s no risk of a positive doping test.
