Freedom in Motion
My name is Chris Heck, and I originally come from skateboarding—back then, it was pure rebellion. For me, it was never just a sport, but a way of life without rules. I carry that exact mentality into calisthenics today. It’s not just about strength or aesthetics, but about creative expression through your own body. Anyone can learn whatever they want—and that’s exactly what makes it so special. My focus is on front lever skills because I love the feeling of being weightless for a few seconds. As a child, I always wanted to fly, and with long holds, I come as close to that dream as possible. These moments are meditative and peaceful. To perform at this level, I rely on Creapure®. Creatine helps me recover faster, build strength, and stay focused—especially when nights are short. For me, Creapure® is the perfect complement to my sport and my lifestyle.
Weightless Instead of Gravity
Skateboarding in the 1990s was a statement against conventions for me—an individual sport that represented freedom. Today, I find that same freedom in calisthenics. No rules, no limits, just the body as a means of expression. My specialty? Front lever and everything that comes with it. I love hanging from the bar and feeling weightless for a moment. Long holds are like meditation to me—peaceful and powerful at the same time. But to perform at this level, it takes more than just training. Creapure® helps me maintain my strength and recover faster. Without creatine, I would never have been able to build this much power. For me, Creapure® is not just a supplement, but a key to continually pushing my limits.
