INTERSPORT HYROX Hamburg 2026

From 28 October to 1 November 2026, Hall B6 at Hamburg Messe will once again become one of the major stages of international fitness racing. At INTERSPORT HYROX Hamburg, athletes take on the signature HYROX format of eight one-kilometre runs and eight functional workout stations. For the city, the event represents a return to the roots: the very first HYROX race took place in Hamburg in 2017.
