From 20 to 31 January 2027, HYROX will take over Manchester Central Convention Complex in the heart of the city for twelve days. At HYROX Manchester, athletes across multiple divisions will compete in the globally standardised fitness race combining eight one-kilometre runs with eight functional workout stations. The remarkable scale of the event highlights just how firmly HYROX has become established within the UK fitness community.
