Next HYROX Hamburg 2024

The world’s largest indoor fitness race is coming back to it’s maritime hometown! Get ready for not one, but TWO days of HYROX at the Exhibition Halls of Hamburg. Due to your growing demand, we’ve made room for 8,500 (!) athletes, giving you the chance to test your current fitness level and compete alongside like-minded athletes.

HYROX is your athletic event for the winter season. The world was missing a premium fitness competition for everybody, not only elite athletes. Everyone competes and finishes in the same race, on the same course. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. This combination of functional strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, and endurance makes HYROX unique.
