Next HYROX Rotterdam 2024

On April 6 & 7, 2024, HYROX Rotterdam takes center stage, ready to challenge and inspire athletes of all levels. In the impressive Rotterdam Ahoy, you will push yourself to new heights as you conquer intense workouts and challenging obstacles!

HYROX is your athletic event for the winter season. The world was missing a premium fitness competition for everybody, not only elite athletes. Everyone competes and finishes in the same race, on the same course. Each HYROX event will host up to 2,500 participants per day in our indoor arena. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. This combination of functional strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, and endurance makes HYROX unique.
