HYROX New York 2025

For the second time in a row, we are heading to HYROX New York! Get ready for three amazing days surrounded by fantastic people in the heart of the Empire City. Make sure to stop by our booth!

HYROX is your athletic event for the winter season. The world was missing a premium fitness competition for everybody, not only elite athletes. Everyone competes and finishes in the same race, on the same course. Each HYROX event will host up to 2,500 participants per day in our indoor arena. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. This combination of functional strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, and endurance makes HYROX unique.
