HYROX Hamburg 2023

We are happy to announce that HYROX Hamburg will be back for the new season 23/24! Use the time until November 18th for your training to be in top shape as you put your physical fitness and mental strength to the test.

HYROX is your athletic event for the winter season. The world was missing a premium fitness competition for everybody, not only elite athletes. Everyone competes and finishes in the same race, on the same course. Each HYROX event will host up to 2,500 participants per day in our indoor arena. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional workout, repeated 8 times. This combination of functional strength exercises, high-intensity interval training, and endurance makes HYROX unique.
